Hear the Hits at the Stadium Tour

The Stadium Tour features four of the biggest names in heavy rock and glam metal, all on one bill. Here’s what to expect from each iconic act:

Def Leppard

Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Def Leppard got their start as teens in England when a missed bus led to a chance meeting between frontman Joe Elliott and founding guitarist Pete Willis.

The band spent their early years perfecting their melodic hard rock sound. They found international fame with their third album, 1983’s Pyromania. The success of that record and 1987’s Hysteria has made Def Leppard one of the few rock acts to have two Diamond-certified albums. Generations of fans have sung along to catchy hits like “Photograph,” “Pour Some Sugar on Me,” and “Love Bites.”

Mötley Crüe

Sunset Strip fixtures Mötley Crüe found fame with their frenetic tunes and wild antics, both on- and off-stage.

The band formed in Los Angeles in 1981 and enjoyed a string of hair metal hits throughout the decade. Their biggest songs include “Home Sweet Home,” “Dr. Feelgood,” and “Girls, Girls, Girls.” Mötley Crüe announced their retirement from touring in 2015. Bandmembers Nikki Sixx, Mick Mars, Vince Neil, and Tommy Lee, however, continued to write music together. In 2019, they announced their intent to hit the road again, paving the way for this long-awaited tour.

Poison

Poison got their start touring the bar circuit in central Pennsylvania, under the name Paris.

After a move to L.A., a name change, and a whole lot of self-promotion, the glam rockers found themselves playing at the famed Troubadour nightclub. The band became a hit with songs like “Talk Dirty to Me,” “Nothin’ but a Good Time,” “Unskinny Bop,” and the anthemic power ballad “Every Rose Has Its Thorn.” Over time, Poison’s success has been sustained by their dedicated fans and frontman Bret Michaels’ forays into reality TV.

Joan Jett & the Blackhearts

Trailblazing singer and guitarist Joan Jett entered the rock scene as a founding member of The Runaways. They were one of the first all-female rock bands to find widespread success. The group disbanded in 1979.

Jett then rose to stardom as the fearless frontwoman of Joan Jett & the Blackhearts. The band had a No. 1 hit with a brazen cover of the Arrows’ “I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll.” Songs like “Bad Reputation” and “I Hate Myself for Loving You” have also become radio staples. Joan Jett & the Blackhearts were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2015.
