Q: What’s the legal drinking age in the United States?
A: 21 years of age
Q: When is the best time to book flights?
A: Tuesday from 3 p.m. to around midnight is the best time to find competitive air fare. Friday around 3 a.m. is the worst time to find competitive air fare. Best time to book flights (before travel date) for domestic fares is 3 months to 30 days. Best time to book (before travel date) for international fares is 5.5 months to 1.5 months. Cheapest flights are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays flying before breakfast and after dinner (red eye flights). More expensive flights are on Fridays and Sundays. Tips for getting lower fares:
- Book with connecting flights.
- Fly into bigger airports.
- Shop for one passenger at a time to get different (cheaper) rates.
- Sign up for airfare alerts.

Q: How far are the hotels from the airport?
A: All hotels are less than 20 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.
Q: Are the hotels close to the major attractions?
A: All hotels are within 10 minutes of Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Orlando Resort™, and SeaWorld®.
Q: How can I obtain tickets to attractions like Walt Disney World®, SeaWorld®, and Universal Orlando Resort™?

Q: Are there shuttles to the airport and area attractions?
A: Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista offers free scheduled shuttles to Walt Disney World® theme parks, Universal Orlando®, and SeaWorld® Orlando. Rosen Inn, Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando, and Rosen Inn International offer free shuttles to Universal Orlando®, SeaWorld® Orlando, and Aquatica® Water Park; shuttles to Walt Disney World® theme parks are available for a nominal fee. Reservations for all shuttle service is required.
Airport shuttles are available from local transportation companies. Rosen Inn can provide guests this information, but guests must make arrangements and pay for airport shuttle services.
Q: Is there an on-site car rental agency?
A: Car rentals can be arranged on site through Enterprise who will pick-up and deliver guest to car location at a Rosen Hotel.
Q: How old do you have to be to rent a car?
A: Minimum rental age is 21 years old, although larger rental car agencies only accept drivers 25 years of age or older. The rental car agencies that accept younger drivers require the driver to present a credit card and charge extra “underage” fees. Check with your car rental agent for more information.
Q: Where can I find information on cool things to do while visiting Orlando?
A: Check out the Theme Park Event and Central Florida Event pages on each hotel. This is a great starting point for getting a quick list of upcoming events in and around Central Florida. Another great place to search for suggestions on what to do are the blog pages on each hotel’s website.
Q: What other services does the Guest Services Desk provide?
A: Guest Services can help you purchase attraction tickets, make reservations for scheduled shuttle services and for restaurants, arrange other transportation, assist in car rentals, and much more.
Q: How old do you have to be to make guestroom reservations?
A: You have to be at least 18 years old.
Q: What are check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out is by 11 a.m. Late check-out is available, but a fee may apply.
Q: How do I book my event, like a wedding or family gathering, at the hotel?
A: Rosen Inn International, Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando, and Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista have meeting space perfect for your wedding, family reunion, special event, or even your group gathering. We have many special group discounts including room blocks, discounted guestroom rates, and other perks. Contact the Director of Sales at the hotel for more information.

Q: What are my dining options?

Q: Do your restaurants offer specials for families?
A: All hotels offer a Kids Eat Free Program for children 5 years old and under. One child eats free with each adult buffet purchase for breakfast and dinner. We also offer seniors dinner discounts for those aged 55 and older.
Q: Are there any other on-site entertainment options?
A: Each hotel has one swimming pool or more, a video arcade game room, outdoor walking areas or a fitness center. Many feature playgrounds, pool tables, and bars with multiple TVs. Some hotels have live entertainment or karaoke.
Q: What if I want to play golf?
A: Our sister hotel, Rosen Shingle Creek, has an excellent golf course marked as challenging yet enjoyable by all skill level golf players. Book your tee time and game by calling the Shingle Creek Golf Pro Shop at (866) 996-9933.
Q: Where can I keep my travelers checks and other valuables?
A: Every guestroom comes with an electronic safe, which is available to you at no charge.
Q: May I bring my pet dog?
A: Yes! Pet dogs are welcome at all ofall our properties. For the safety of our guests and employees, we ask guests and their accompanying pets dogs follow a few basic rules and guidelines. Please check with the hotel for a full list of guidelines as well as nightly fees and taxes.
Q: Do you have non-smoking rooms available?
A: Every guest room is non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas outside near the guest rooms.
Q: What accommodations are in the ADA compliant guest rooms?
A: ADA compliant guest rooms may include lever handles on all doors, transfer benches, lower towel rack, ADA compliant toilet, hand-held shower wand, an accessible closet, a strobe light on the fire alarm, grab bars, and closed captioning on the TV.

Q: Do you have guest rooms with refrigerators and/or microwaves?
A: Every guest room come with mini-refrigerators, microwaves, single-serve coffee maker, iron and iron board, hairdryer, and more.
