Orlando Beer Festival 2022

Posted On: August 31, 2022

The Orlando Beer Festival is back in town for its seventh year. On Saturday, November 12, head to the Milk District’s Festival Park to celebrate the most popular alcoholic beverage in the world.

Although beer has existed since at least 3500 B.C., the act of brewing has taken on a new life in the modern world. Technological advances have allowed for such fine control over flavor that beer has become an art form. Thanks to these innovations, there are over 300 more craft breweries in Florida today than there were a decade ago.

Obviously, it’s impossible to explore 300+ breweries in a single vacation. But thanks to the Orlando Beer Festival, you can try many of the Sunshine State’s best beers in one epic afternoon.

As the saying goes: “there’s a beer for everyone.”  There’s no better place to find the best brew for you than the Orlando Beer Festival.

Most of the drinks will come from Florida breweries like Hourglass, Funky Buddha, RockPit, and Sanford Brewing Company. Out-of-state breweries include Wicked Weed from Asheville, NC, and Kopparberg Cider from Sweden. Attendees can sample many different beer styles, from sours to double IPAs. There will also be gluten-free options like hard seltzers.

Craft beer may be the event’s main draw. But there is plenty more on tap: live music, wine tastings, interactive games, and tons of yummy food.

General admission begins at 2 p.m. The event is only open to guests 21 and older.

How To Buy Festival Tickets

General admission costs $70 at the gate, but you can save up to $25 by buying your tickets online. Discounts are also available for designated drivers.

The Orlando Beer Festival is so popular that breweries often run out of beer before the event’s end. If you’re determined to find a specific brew, consider buying a General Admission Plus or VIP pass. These premium tickets allow you to enter at 1 p.m. or noon, respectively.

Proceeds from the festival go to the Central Florida Brewers Guild, which supports local craft brewers.
